You can purchase a service plan through DigiVerto.com, but your agreement will be with the company providing the service plan and not with DigiVerto.com.
The DigiVerto.com Policies and Purchase Agreement do apply to the purchase of wireless communication equipment such as cell phones, wireless email devices and accessories from DigiVerto.com. DigiVerto.com is not owned by, or the owner of any company providing wireless services.

Sales tax is required for orders shipping within Canada. All such orders are charged applicable sales tax based on the currently applicable tax rate.
The provinces of Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia have initiated recycling programs for computer products containing chemicals deemed hazardous to the environment. To fund this program these provinces require retailers and online sellers to collect on behalf of those provinces a fee for each product covered by the program. Customers pay this fee when they buy such a covered product. We will send this fee directly to the province. This only applies to orders shipped to addresses within Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.
Products required to collect this recycling fee include CPUs, Printers, Monitors, Laptops, Servers and Televisions. The actual amount of the recycling fee will vary based on the product. Please review the charges below

When you place an order, your credit card is pre-authorized only. We do not capture the funds for your card, until the order has been processed. Even when an item is on back order, your credit card or PayPal account will be hold the funds. Only once your order has been processed will your account be charged. If the order has been cancelled, the funds will be released back to your account. But this step can take normally 1 – 5 business days, and it is your credit card company or PayPal that will release the funds back to your account.
Like other online sellers, DigiVerto.com ships items in the condition as received from the original manufacturer/distributor. DigiVerto.com does not perform any product testing before shipping merchandise.
"Must Be Purchased With Hardware"
Software publishers often include a "Must Be Purchased With Hardware" condition of sale. In such cases, to purchase applicable software, DigiVerto.com’s customers must also buy some type of product under the general category of computer hardware. This includes any component that will be used when assembling a computer system. A hard drive, motherboard, processor or a floppy disk drive are such examples of merchandise that will qualify. There is no specific or set amount that the hardware has to cost. The mere requirement is that there must be some sort of eligible hardware listed in the order itself.
DigiVerto.com does not make product recommendations or provide technical support and advice on sales or compatibility. For your convenience, we publish all information provided by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions, or for additional information and specifications not posted at DigiVerto.com.
Your order will be processed within approximately 24-48 business hours, provided the items are in stock and there is no problem with payment verification. DigiVerto.com tries to provide, but does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Click the Pre-order button in the item description, and checkout as you normally do. A Sales Order number will be issued at the Order Confirmation screen just as if you were placing a normal order, but your credit/debit card will not be charged until your pre-ordered software, DVD, or any other item is in stock and ready for shipment. If you buy an in-stock item with a pre-order item, you will be charged accordingly for the available product and the difference when your pre-ordered item is in stock and ready to ship. In such a case, two Sales Order numbers will be issued, one for the in-stock item, and one for the pre-ordered item. You will be kept up-to-date via our website and through standard Order Status emails to your account.
DigiVerto.com does not sell back-ordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge customers for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. However, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur owing to inaccurate inventory counts, or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged or not in a good condition that we can in good faith sell to our customers. In such a case we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, together with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email notification will also be sent to your DigiVerto.com login to inform you about the situation.
DigiVerto.com will keep you informed of your order status by email. Once your order has shipped, we will email all tracking information to the email provided during registration. You may also log into your account on our website to learn about your order status and other live updates.
You may change your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account, by sending change order requests by email to email@example.com
You may cancel an order provided the order has not already been processed and shipped, by sending change order requests by email to firstname.lastname@example.org during our operation hours to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-5 business days.

DigiVerto.com Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product from DigiVerto.com ("www.DigiVerto.com"), customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Customers and DigiVerto.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between you and DigiVerto.com. Customers’ any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend these terms and conditions will constitute a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, render it null and void. Furthermore, these terms and conditions may change at any time without prior written notice. Please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from DigiVerto.com.
1. Product Return Procedure
To return a product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product. All RMA requests must be filed online. DigiVerto will not accept returns without prior authorization and a valid RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid and customers should send the returned goods to DigiVerto within one week. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customers should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customers take sole responsibility for shipping any returned product to DigiVerto. Customers agree to use only reputable carriers providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to assume all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customers agree that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories provided by manufacturers. If the returned product misses any component, DigiVerto's Return Procedure will be breached, and DigiVerto may in its sole and absolute discretion refuse the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
2. Warranties; All Products Sold "As-Is" or "With All Faults"
DigiVerto is a distributor only. Products sold on DigiVerto.com are not manufactured by DigiVerto.com. The products may, however, be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policies. DigiVerto assigns and passes through to customers any manufacturer warranty available. Customers acknowledge that a right to recourse exists only under such warranties, and only against the product manufacturers. DigiVerto makes no representation regarding the product except those stated in this document. DigiVerto clearly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, standard of dealing, or standard of performance.
All items sold through DigiVerto are sold "as-is" or "with all faults." The entire risk concerning the quality, suitability and performance of these items is with the buyer. If any of these items proves to be defective, does not function, or functions improperly in any way after their purchase, the buyer, and not DigiVerto, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under all circumstances DigiVerto's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. DigiVerto shall not, in any case, be responsible for a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to any products it sells that exceeds this liability limit. DigiVerto shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage, or exemplary damages, whether or not DigiVerto has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.
4. Cell Phone Equipment Discount Reimbursement for Early Termination
Customers must reimburse DigiVerto.com the amount of any discount given by DigiVerto.com in the price of a wireless communication device, such as a cell phone, where the discount was given because the customer purchased a wireless communication service plan as part of the same order, if the customer does not maintain the wireless communication service plan purchased as part of the order in good standing for a minimum of 181 days after activation. The wireless communication service plan will be considered not to be in good standing if:
- You cancel the service.
- You transfer the equipment to another service plan.
- You fail to pay the balance due by the payment due date in any month.
- You change the service plan to a different service plan with a lower monthly service rate.
- You transfer any phone number associated with the service plan to another service plan.
- You use the service plan purchased as part of the same order to replace an existing service plan you have with the same company.
- The customer authorizes DigiVerto.com to initiate a charge to the credit card or other payment method that was used to purchase the Equipment in the amount of $250.00, the Equipment Discount, if it is due.
5. Telephone Recordings
DigiVerto.com does not consent to having any phone calls recorded and we reserve the right to terminate any call being recorded. Customers agree not to record any call with DigiVerto.com unless customers have provided clear and conspicuous notice to us and have received our prior written consent for this.
6. General Terms and Conditions
Payments & Orders
Orders are not binding upon DigiVerto.com until they are accepted. DigiVerto.com must receive the payment before it accepts an order. Payment for your ordered product(s) is due before shipment. You can pay by credit card. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month.
Your overall cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges listed on the DigiVerto.com invoice.
Title and Risk of Loss
DigiVerto.com arranges for shipment to the customer of product(s) ordered Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, which means that title to the product(s) except for software and risk of loss passes to the customer upon our delivery of products to the carrier. DigiVerto.com reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customers allow DigiVerto.com to sign appropriate documents on customers’ behalf to permit DigiVerto.com to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the software maker's license agreement. Once the seal on the package is broken, customers agree to be bound by any software license agreement. DigiVerto.com will advise the customer of estimated shipping dates, but will, under no circumstances, be responsible for any delays in delivery, and any associated damages, that are due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between DigiVerto.com and its customers shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to any conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the Canadian Federal Government on the International Sale of Goods. DigiVerto.com and the customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the Provincial Courts of the Ontario, City of Toronto, to resolve disputes between them related hereto, and the parties waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against DigiVerto.com that occurs more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
If any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not influence the remaining provisions and portions contained in this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Ontario law.
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision contained in this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
These terms and conditions, together with DigiVerto.com's invoice on the products ordered by customers, are the complete and exclusive agreement between DigiVerto.com and customers, and as such they shall supersede all prior or simultaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, warranties, conditions, and all other communications between DigiVerto.com and customers relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
